Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, contact us at Kwonify@icloud.com.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item so we can make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect orders.

Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds: Once we've reviewed your request, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

International orders: Due to international fulfillment, some items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us and we'll find a solution.
